Return Policy

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at Cases Villa, we've made the return policy much simpler.

Unused Product

You can return all the unused products within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is untampered with the seals, boxing, and other packaging material still intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Reverse pick-up charges will be applicable (as per the geographical locations).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via (expected response time 24-48 hours) or WhatsApp us on +9190215 24606 (7 working hours) for more information. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.

Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

If your order was delivered with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryWe need a 360 degree Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage or any missing items, without Video No Replacement will be OfferedWe need the video, so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft or damaged during transit. Share the video and images of the packaging & products at or Whatsapp us on +91 9021524606 within those 48 hours. Upon investigation, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a replacement. Replacements are subject to the product availability, if the product is not available in stock, customer get a full refund. Cases Villa reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases. No additional compensation / freebies will be provided under any circumstances in these cases. Liability of any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product.

Tempered Glass / Screen ProtectorsWe use protective packaging to make sure that the product reaches you undamaged. For Tempered Glass / Screen Protector / Scratch Guard we don't provide any replacement, if user doesn't know how apply or didn't apply it properly, it is not our (Cases Villa) responsibility. If there are bubbles during application we (Cases Villa ) are not responsible for that, it depends on application process. For perfect application you can follow a Youtube Tutorial of screen protector application.

Original Equipment Manufacturer: We manufacture it directly from the factory, since, the products serial number is not registered under Official website.

OUR BRAND LOGO:  “CASES VILLA” Logo will be printed on most of our cases / covers those are mentioned on the website for sale.
As of now logos are printed on following series.

  • Glass Case (Left / Right Side)
  • Fantasy Series Case (Left / Right Side)
  • Frosted Matte Series Case (Left / Right Side)
  • Genuine Magsafe Leather Case (Inside)
  • Defence Shield Metal Case (Left / Right Side)

FITTING: Our cases will fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any Skin or Film attached to the phone the case/cover will not fit perfectly. We (Cases Villa) will not be responsible for any such issues or concerns occurred to the buyer. 

WARRANTY: 20W Adapter, 15W MagSafe Charger & MagSafe Battery Pack, these items come with 3 months seller warranty.

WARRANTY: Photon 20 PD20W Dual Port Type C and USB Wall Charger Adapter for iOS & Android, this product comes with a 6 months seller warranty. Customer must present an original invoice of purchase at the time of warranty claim. 

SURPRISE GIFT: For all prepaid order, we give free surprise gift which are 10 individual pieces of Anti Dust Speaker Stickers.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
