Exchange only on faulty products within 2 days. No returns, we can’t offer you a exchange if 2 days are passed.

We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. 

NOTE: The product should be in its original packing, as it was received.

Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and we’ll send you a New Product and Old Package will be picked-up by the delivery person.

NOTE- No Exchange & No Refunds on COD

We Need an Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage, without Video No Replacement will be Offered.

We need the video, so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft or damaged during transit.

Tempered Glass / Screen ProtectorsWe use protective packaging to make sure that the product reaches you undamaged. For Tempered Glass / Screen Protector / Scratch Guard we don't provide any replacement, if user doesn't know how apply or didn't apply it properly, it is not our (Cases Villa) responsibility. If there are bubbles during application we (Cases Villa ) are not responsible for that, it depends on application process. For perfect application you can follow a Youtube Tutorial of screen protector application.

Original Equipment Manufacturer: We manufacture it directly from the factory, since, the products serial number is not registered under Official website.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
