Our team diligently strives to maintain clarity in our product images, descriptions, and titles. We kindly urge you to thoroughly review our products before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree with all our terms and policies.

Eligibility For Exchange
If a customer is not happy with our product we can offer you a 7 days exchange on all products purchased from us, except tempered glass (screen protector), cases including tempered glass (screen protector), camera lens protector, items sold in sales & offers.
- Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Raise a request by clicking HERE.
- The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
- The product should be unused.
- All the protective films on the product delivered to you should not be removed.
- Order ID & Invoice should be available.
- Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- A delivery charge of Rs.200 will be applicable to exchange the order, where we will pick up the order and deliver you the requested product for exchange. For Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, North East (7 Sisters), the exchange fee will be Rs.300.
- If there is difference in the amount of the product, if requested product is of lesser price, customer will get store credits of the same amount, if the amount is more from the purchased product price, customers is supposed to pay the difference amount via prepaid method, if the customer was to pay by COD, an additional Rs.100 (COD charge) will be applied to the difference amount i.e. (Difference + Rs.100 COD charge).
- Missing items should be reported within 24 hours from the date of delivery, post that, the complaint will not be registered.
- Non-qualifying exchanges include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold during offer period or sold as a "BOGO" offer.
- If you have ordered a non-returnable item, with a wrong size, please email us at support@casesvilla.com, make sure before raising the request your order qualifies all the points mentioned above this point.
Eligibility For Refund
We offer 3 Days refund via Store Credits on all products except tempered glass (screen protector), cases including tempered glass (screen protector), camera lens protector and all items sold in sale & offers.
- Refund should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product. Raise a request by clicking HERE.
- The product should be in intact condition, with all the packaging and in the box in which it was delivered. (As it was delivered to you).
- The product should be unused.
- All the protective films on the product delivered to you should not be removed.
- Order ID & Invoice should be available.
- Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
- The amount will be refunded via store credits after deducting the Reverse Logistics charges (i.e. Rs.200). For Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, North East (7 Sisters), the charges will be Rs.300.
- Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or “Discount” or sold as a "BOGO" offer.
- If you have ordered a non-returnable item, with a wrong size, please email us at support@casesvilla.com, make sure before raising the request your order qualifies all the points mentioned above this point.
Store Credit Conditions:
- Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. That means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Store Credit will be automatically applied to any purchases made on www.casesvilla.com
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
How to Obtain Your Balance
Store Credit balances are listed on your Account Page.
Expiration
Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from issue.
Note:
The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:
- Self-Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
- Not same as Advertised.
- Purchased from local store or other website.
Note: If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@casesvilla.com.
Cancellation
You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Express Shipping
If we (Cases Villa) fail to delivery a shipment as promised, due to following reason, we (Cases Villa) will not be responsible for delayed delivery under following conditions.
- Failed Delivery
- Customer not available
- Incomplete address
- Weather Conditions.
- Holidays
- Inaccurate shipping information
- Global Events
- Recipient not available
If the delay is not under following conditions, we will issue store credit of Rs.150 to the customer in return of Rs.50 extra paid for express shipping.
Fitting of our Cases
Our cases will fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any Skin or Film attached to the phone the case/cover will not fit perfectly. We (Cases Villa) will not be responsible for any such issues or concerns occurred to the buyer.

Tempered Glass / Screen Protectors
We use protective packaging to make sure that the product reaches you undamaged. For Tempered Glass / Screen Protector / Scratch Guard / Camera Len's Protectors. We don't provide any replacement, if the user doesn't know how to apply or didn't apply it properly, it is not our (Cases Villa) responsibility. If there are bubbles during application we (Cases Villa) are not responsible for that, it depends on the application process. For perfect application you can follow a Youtube Tutorial of screen protector application.

WARRANTY
Photon 20 PD20W Dual Port Type C and USB Wall Charger Adapter for iOS & Android, this product comes with a 6 months seller warranty. Customer must present an original invoice of purchase at the time of warranty claim.
WARRANTY ON PHONE CASE
The warranty is only applicable on the cases where we have mentioned the following image in the product description.
What does this Warranty cover?
- This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship.
- Yellowing of the case within 6 months from date of purchase.
How do I claim under the Warranty?
To process a warranty claim, please email us your proof of purchase and images of the damaged product. Once we receive your request, we will assess and send you a replacement product of similar value and design.
The shipping and handling charges of INR 100 needs to be paid under this claim.
What is NOT covered under this Warranty?
This warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the following;
- Normal wear tear or misuse or modification of the product.
- Drops
- Theft or loss of product
- Items not sold by us.
- Installation failures
- Mishandling of the product
Important
CASES VILLA reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, or remove this warranty at any time.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.
Shipping
On all warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. The replacement product will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the day of warranty approval.
